Hi! I’m Ivy Slater. Welcome to the Her Success Story Podcast. I started this podcast after a decade of working with powerful women in my role as a business coach. I wanted a platform to share their stories and allow them to give advice, insight and motivation to the millions of women out there, ready to follow their dreams.

I started out in the printing business in New York City and found out quickly how to work as a woman in a male-dominated industry. I relied on the power of connection, conversation, relationship building. And I went on to build a 7-figure business, while married and raising 2 kids in Manhattan.

After I left printing, I began a journey into getting my coaching certification, because I knew that guiding other women on a path to greatness was exactly what I wanted to do. Slater Success Coaching was born in 2008 and has grown into a multi-6 six figure business with a growing support team.

I’m a wife, a mom, a daughter, an aunt, a friend, a business owner. I’m a lover of dance, yoga and exercise, fine food and cooking, traveling, time with family, shopping and watching people grow into the best versions they can.
