She has a passion for problem solving and believes in keeping things personal and practical. “If you’re looking for a big, corporate firm to throw weight around and blindly bang on tables, I’m not your woman. But if you want someone who really understands your case and stands by you every step of the process, I can help.”
Randi focuses her practice on solving workplace problems, litigating only when necessary. But when litigation is needed, she is known to be tough, fair, and formidable. Her expertise is highly sought after by small and medium-size businesses and her passion is advising, negotiating, and litigating on behalf of regular, everyday people from all walks of life.
Randi litigates before federal, state, and administrative tribunals and has been recognized as a New York Metro Super Lawyer.

So how does she do it? Kim leverages her big-firm experience to successfully resolve cases against major companies, providing accessible, client-focused legal services with a personal touch. Previously, at Labaton Sucharow, LLP, Kim prosecuted and managed complex securities fraud cases against national and international companies and focused on residential mortgage-backed securities and the subprime mortgage lending and securitization industries. Prior to that, as an associate at Dentons US LLP, her work centered on commercial and business litigation, complex civil litigation, and white collar criminal and government investigations work.
