Kim Kalmanson is a commercial litigator, focusing primarily on contract, fraud, and securities disputes. But she also handles a variety of employment cases involving discrimination and harassment, as well as wage and hour claims. Additionally, Kim acts as general counsel to small to mid-sized companies, providing ad hoc legal advice, contract review and negotiation.
So how does she do it? Kim leverages her big-firm experience to successfully resolve cases against major companies, providing accessible, client-focused legal services with a personal touch. Previously, at Labaton Sucharow, LLP, Kim prosecuted and managed complex securities fraud cases against national and international companies and focused on residential mortgage-backed securities and the subprime mortgage lending and securitization industries. Prior to that, as an associate at Dentons US LLP, her work centered on commercial and business litigation, complex civil litigation, and white collar criminal and government investigations work.
