Over two decades, Tracey Figurelli has built her career on making connections and developing collaborative teams in order to achieve successful outcomes. With over 19 years in professional services, she honed her ability to listen to client needs and deliver relevant services with a technology enabled component. Tracey is an expert in harnessing technology innovation for business growth. Under her leadership, her consultancy segment grew tenfold to nine top line digits. Her leadership skills are deeply rooted in empathy and empowerment, she is confident without the ego. She built high performing successful teams by giving them the room to make their own decisions but supported them as needed. She has established multiple partner relationships with leading edge software companies, universities, and incubators to create new revenue streams.
Tracey’s career has taken her to interesting places all over the world, where she connected with clients to help solve their business issues, spoke at conferences, evaluated acquisitions and partnerships, and much more. She not only gained knowledge of international business, but more importantly how to connect with diverse cultures and build trust with people of various backgrounds.

Tracey holds her B.A. and M.B.A in Finance from Seton Hall
University and recently completed the Columbia Business School VC &
