By combining her experience with executive compensation and her passion for human rights, Ameena Majid helps her clients continually adapt to evolving societal and investor expectations on their businesses.  As the business case for integrating ESG into corporate governance, operations and supply chains continues to grow, Ameena blends legal, practical and human perspectives for companies that want to understand and integrate human rights as a business priority without sacrificing profits in favor of the respect and dignity of the human beings in their operations and supply chains. She applies her expertise as an attorney to educate clients on the changing business and legal landscape of addressing human rights and translating it to policy.  

Ameena is a director with Stop the Traffik USA, a nonprofit affiliate of Stop the Traffik, an international NGO dedicated to using and scaling technology to disrupt human trafficking.

As a Board Member and Advisor to Able Made, a healthy lifestyle fashion brand and benefit corporation, Ameena informs the operating model for scaling the business and the process for defining and developing an ethical supply chain taking environmental and social impacts into consideration.
