Prior to launching her own company, Zoe was a member of the Corporate Development (Mergers & Acquisitions) Integration team at KPMG LLP and was responsible for driving integration improvements for US acquisitions. Her expertise includes due diligence, project management, integration planning, issue resolution, cultural assessment, finance & budgeting, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Additionally, as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader, Zoe led women's initiatives at KPMG and other organizations to influence and respond to diversity matters in the workplace. Zoe has spearheaded numerous events, mentorship initiatives, and relationship building activities designed to enhance the personal and professional development of female professionals.
