Dr. Tessie San Martin is the President and CEO of Plan International USA. She is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience working in education policy, economic growth, capacity-building, corporate governance, and political reform around the world. Plan International is one of the oldest and largest international development organizations in the world. The organization focuses on children’s rights and equality for girls in more than 70 countries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
