Beth Dahle  

In this episode of Her Success Story, Ivy Slater interviews Beth Dahle, the Executive Director of Compass in Philadelphia, a consultancy providing pro bono strategic guidance to nonprofits. Beth has been actively engaged in the nonprofit community in the Greater Philadelphia region for over twenty years as a volunteer, board member and grant writer. In 2008, Beth co-founded Impact100 Philadelphia, a women’s collective philanthropic organization, which has awarded over $3.5 million dollars in grants to date. Along with her co-founder, Beth was a recipient of the PathWays PA Trailblazer Award in 2009 and was named New Generation Philanthropist of the Year in 2010 by the American Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Philadelphia Chapter. Beth is also a recipient of SmartCEO’s 2017 Brava Award that recognizes high-impact female executives of for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations. Beth graduated from Duke University and began her career as an employee benefits consultant, guiding Fortune 100 and 500 clients in evaluation of healthcare and other group benefit plans.
