Michele Etzel is Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of National Graphics, Inc., one of the top commercial printers in the nation serving Fortune 500 companies. She is CEO and founder of National Enterprise Solutions LLC – a recognized women owned entity that specializes in collaboratively working with clients to provide business solutions in all facets. She is a recognized expert in the areas of finance, accounting, business development, operations, merger/acquisitions, procurement and manufacturing streamlining and cost containment. She also serves as an advisor and consultant to high growth family offices and businesses, to nonprofits in operations and turnarounds. Known for her real world financial, organizational and strategic experience, she has been a guest lecturer on business growth, operations, entrepreneurialism and expertise in fiscal responsibility, fiscal literacy for young adults and advocacy for working women and girls in the business world. Michele has been recognized and received honors from NAFE, NOIWA and other women’s organizations.
Michele received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University and a degree in Executive Management at Cornell University. Michele is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Girls Scouts of Connecticut, former Chair of Audit Committee, Finance and Investment Committees, and an advisor and
investor at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute. Along with Yale, she is a member of the Board of the International Women’s Forum – Connecticut on their Executive Committee, a Commissioner on the E911 Commission for the State of Connecticut appointed by the governor and the Villanova Dean’s Advisory Council, Women’s Professional Network and Alumni Recruiting Network
